Just a pure New York State grain mash bill of 75% rye and 25% malted wheat. Distilled together then aged in newly charred oak barrels, Ironweed Rye Whiskey rests for a minimum of 24 months before emerging golden hued, unexpectedly sweet with a bit of pleasant bitterness and spice.
